Many people are having to answer questions regarding bankruptcy right now for numerous reasons. There are people who have found themselves in financial straits because of this economy. They have been laid off or gone out of business because people are not buying anything. We are shifting from a consumer economy and I am thinking trying to get back to being a producing economy. There are those who are finding themselves forced to answer bankruptcy questions because they have had to pay for overwhelming medical bills. There are those who took on debt to pay for their education and found that for whatever reason they had to take on more debt and before they knew it they found themselves out of a job and unable to pay their bills. Whatever situation or series of factors that led to their finding themselves facing bankruptcy, bankruptcy questions had to be asked. And it was not easy to face either the questions or the answers. It is said that the truth will set you free but I do not think that having to go through this process necessarily feels freeing. Many people have gone through bankruptcy and have shared their experiences in books, magazines and on the internet.
